1.Be strong and hold on. Learned to accept that things happen to everyone.Many of them are beyond our control. Sometime we can be happy and sometime we will be sad. Whatever the situation may be, God has a way of giving us the courage we need to face all the challenge in our life.
2..Pray. Prayer changes things. Never underestimate the power of prayer. Keep praying until He answer your prayer. Never give up!
3.Don’t blame yourself. We all have battles, challenges and horrible situations. Try to accept that its a test from god, and He knows the best for us. Once u blame yourself, you wouldn’t get a peace of mind and things still won’t get better.
4.Give yourself time to heal. Be sensitive to your own needs. It’s okay to feel the pain. Don’t hold it in or try to tuck it away, as though it never happened, for it will do more harm than good and will not go away. Always remind yourself that things will get better in time.
5.Choose to let it go by not thinking on the things or situations. When you constantly think and meditate on the pain or negative situation, you will begin to feel heavy in heart, depressed and caught up in a cycle that will grow and not stop until it devours and destroys you, your life and everything around you.
6.Make sure that you are always surrounded with family members and friends. This is the time you need them the most. Being lonely and being alone is two very different things. Try to understand that.
7.This is a good time to find a new hobby or niche. Don’t be afraid to try something different and new to discover and unleash the new you and never be afraid to change
8.Commit yourself to daily exercise and healthier eating to help your body cope with the stress of the situations. Pilates and yoga is a good way to help give your entire body the oxygen with blood flow, as you feel relaxed. Adding weights will help, too.
9.Discipline yourself to become positive and do things you are not used to doing. The battle begins within our minds, be careful so your mouth will not speak with negativity. Train your mouth to speak good and positive things, and if you try not to think the negative, you won’t speak the negative. We are what we think, and renewing our minds by washing out the negative will transform us with a positive impact on us and others in our lives.
10.Lastly, always remember, life must go on. Its not the end of everything. Try to live in positive environment as it will make you feel better about yourself from time to time.
